Does every home have a pool?

Each single family home that Vacation Villas 400 features does have its own private pool. Guests staying in resort communities, including all condos and townhomes have full access to the community pool, spa and other amenities.

Where are your homes located?

Each Vacation Villas 400 home is located within 20 minutes of Central Floridas main attractions including Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, International Drive, water parks, numerous shops and more.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?

By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

• 2 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 6 people | 3 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 8 people
• 4 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 10 people | 5 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 12 people
• 6 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 14 people | 7 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 16 people

Is there air conditioning and heat in each property?

Yes, all of Vacation Villas 400 homes and condos have central air conditioning and heat.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property?

Yes, every property has a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, linens, microwave, washer, dryer, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher.

Do you allow pets?

Although we at Vacation Villas 400 are all pet lovers, we cannot allow pets in any of the homes or condos.

Is there a telephone at the property?

Yes, there is a telephone at every Vacation Villas 400 property. Local calls are free and long distance calls require a calling card or credit card number for usage.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each property with an extra set for each bed.

Are the properties cleaned daily?

No, the property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can however request a mid-stayclean at an additional charge. A mid-stay clean includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vaccuming and dusting, sweeping and mopping, and refreshing your starterpaper products in the house.

How do we get the keys to our home?

All our villas have lock boxes fiited. The key is located in a coded lock box which you will have the code number for, enter the number, open the lock box get the key and you're in the home your vacation starts from here.

Do my electrical goods work in the USA?

As a general rule Yes, so long as you have adapters. However appliances such as hair dryers that will not heat as they should if you are coming from the UK for example. The voltage here is 110V in the UK it's 240V. Things like PC lap tops and shavers are fine.

Do you offer a meet and greet service at the airport?

Yes we do offer this additional service.You would be met at the airport and taken directly to your villa this service also includes a basic welcome pack to save our guests having to go shopping after their sometimes tireing journey

How old do I have to be to drink beers and spirits?

Twenty one years of age, so remember to take some photo ID with you as you will be asked and without it you will be refused.

 Are the rates for a vacation villa priced per person?

All our rates are for the property and not on a per person rate. Florida short term rental vacation homes are licensed for a maximum party and this number can not exceeded. Therefore the rate is the same for 1 person or 6 people staying at the property
