WELCOME PACK SERVICE
As licensed Florida Real Estate Agents working in the short term rental market we regularly meet with visitors from all over the world. It didn't take long for us to realise that many of the visitors were in need of a little help.
THE VISITORS DILEMMA!
Central Florida has many frequent return visitors who on their return soon get back into driving on the right side of the road, turning right on a red light and stopping for school buses! However let's not forget our first few visits to 'The Sunshine State' when we arrived at the airport in the middle of one of the famous Florida tropical storms! We then had to attempt to locate where to pick up our hire car. We would be given the keys to an automatic car with a gear stick on the steering wheel along with a photocopy of a map that meant absolutely nothing to us! The kids by now would usually be crying as we tried to get them and the luggage into the back of the hire car. That done, we now needed to find the letter with the address of the offices where we could pick up the keys to the villa. Now we would be ready to attempt to find the offices! The designated navigator in the passenger seat (on the right) with the photocopied map in hand that was so faint it can hardly be read, never mind we had directions as well as the map so we'd be fine....if only the kids would stop fighting in the back! We would now be on our way but we'd all be a little stressed out to say the least and praying that the people at the office would still be there! We'd find our way out of the airport eventually, however no one mentioned there would be some tolls to pay and your money would be in a bag somewhere in the back of the car. To cut a long story short 2 -3 hours later if you are really lucky you would arrive at your villa 'Oh for a cup of tea' unfortunately no such luck, you wouldn't even have a drink of water and obviously nothing for supper or breakfast! Now where was that Wal-Mart we saw on the way......?
VACATION VILLA 4 RENT SOLUTION
Help has arrived! You will be met by your Meet 'n' Greet representative at the arrivals in the airport who will have a welcome sign showing your family name. You will be taken to pick up your hire car (incidently the car hire is not always in the airport) After checking you have change for your tolls you will then be asked to follow your Meet 'n' Greet representative (at a leisurely pace) directly to your villa with no stops. On arrival you will be given a 'Welcome Pack' of groceries which consists of the basics to tide you over your first night. Your Meet 'n' Greet representative will show you how to use the washer, dryer and you will be shown the all important pool alarms. Before leaving you to relax and enjoy your first evening on villa vacation your Meet 'n' Greet representative will answer any questions you may have. If you require a folder that contains individual maps with written detailed directions from your villa address to all the theme parks, places of interest in the area and the nearest supermarkets and shopping malls just ask and we can deliver them to you within 24 hours. This folder and it's contents will prove invaluable to you and your family the information saving you so much valuable time while you are on vacation.
